Peppercorn Hill

Situated in the heart of the Melbourne’s evolving northern corridor, Peppercorn Hill is set to become one of Victoria’s landmark master planned communities.

Spanning 430 hectares, the development will ultimately contain approximately 5000 lots with more than 50 hectares of dedicated parklands and recreational space, further complemented by 25 kilometres of bike trails and walking paths.

Residents will have access to key amenities like schools, retail outlets, a commercial precinct and, fifteen minutes away, the bustling community centres of Craigieburn and Epping.  Proximity to the Hume Highway and Donnybrook Station offers convenient access to Melbourne’s CBD.

Peppercorn Hill was launched in May 2018 with the opening of the land sales office and civil construction work is currently scheduled to commence in late 2018.

The project is being undertaken by the Dennis Family in a development relationship with the owners of the land.
