Warragul displays a first for Dennis Family Homes

23 January 2013

As part of an escalating presence in the Gippsland region, leading builder Dennis Family Homes is showcasing two of its finest contemporary designs at its new display centre at the Waterford Rise estate in Warragul.

Open daily for viewing are the Hartley and Lakewood from the Dennis Family Homes Inspirations Series. Both are popular, high quality homes featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms, alfresco and double garage.

Dennis Family Homes Area Manager – Metro South, Garth Kennedy said that the continued extension of Melbourne’s growth areas had brought Gippsland into increased focus amongst new home buyers.

“Warragul was a natural choice for our first display centre location in Gippsland and we were attracted to the Waterford Rise estate by its size, positioning and excellent presentation,” he explained.

“It is easy to see why Waterford Rise is known as Warragul’s premier address.”

Mr Kennedy said the new displays have been attracting many visitors and creating a very favourable impression.

“These are two family homes of considerable quality, which has been reflected in the highly positive feedback we have received since their recent opening,” he commented.

“Our Lakewood display in Warragul is particularly significant, as this design has never previously been on display in any other location, whilst the Hartley is an award-winning design which consistently ranks amongst our best selling homes.”

Displayed at Waterford Rise in its 32 square version, the Hartley is also available in sizes of 27, 29 and 34 squares. The Hartley is renowned for its practical use of space and the inclusion of smart storage ideas.

The astute Lakewood design promotes togetherness in its combined kitchen, dining and lounge area. Amongst the most distinctive features of the Lakewood is its huge walk-in kitchen pantry, which is a standard inclusion in its floorplan. The home is available in 28 and 26 square variations, with the larger size being displayed in Warragul.

Both display homes also highlight some of the many optional extras available to buyers. Amongst many additional features showcased in the Hartley display are floating timber flooring and timber bi-fold doors to the alfresco. The kitchen pantry has also been upgraded to a butler’s pantry, enhanced by a special internal fit out which includes the addition of a sink and preparation area.

Notable optional extras featured in the Lakewood display include French doors to the master bedroom, a Caesarstone bench in the kitchen and Colorbond roof.

As a family building homes for families, what sets Dennis Family Homes apart is that its unerring pursuit of excellence is achieved without compromising one other vital factor – affordability.

Open for viewing from 1-5pm on weekdays and 12-5pm on weekends, both displays are located in Silverwood Drive at the Waterford Rise estate in Warragul and can be contacted by phoning (03) 9572 8231.
