Out with the old, in with the new

Dennis Family Homes is continuing its presence in the West Gippsland region and has opened a new display centre in Warragul featuring two stylish family homes, the Alexandra 292 and Hastings 282, to replace the previous displays that have been on view for the last two years.

“Warragul offers a great combination of land affordability, established amenities and lifestyle. It is no surprise that families, young and old, are making the move here. Dennis Family Homes has the perfect design for families at all stages to help them put down roots in Warragul,” Dennis Family Homes Metro South Sales Manager, Adrian Keleher said.

“It is always exciting to open up new displays and the response on the opening weekend was fantastic with about 140 people visiting. It is a great opportunity for the customers to see our design firsthand, to walk through and get a feel of the floorplan and see our quality workmanship and be inspired by the latest design trends,” Mr Kelleher added.

The homes on display are single storey four bedrooms designs that are suitable for blocks starting from 14 metres wide. Similarly, both designs feature a luxurious master bedroom which is located at the front of the house, while the kids’ bedrooms occupy their own zone.

The Alexandra 292 offers three spacious living area including a games room and family area at the rear of the home that open up to the alfresco. The Hastings 282 floor plan features a home theatre and a spacious study/play room located between the family room and the kids bedroom zone.

“As presented in both displays, customers have endless opportunity to add personal touches to a Dennis Family Homes design by choosing optional extras. For example, we have created a swoon-worthy living room in the Alexandra display by adding feature timber ceiling and a luxurious Jetmaster fireplace with polished concrete surround,” Mr Keleher said.

“The Alexandra display is located on a hillside and has a great vista from the master bedroom. We have added French doors in the master bedroom that opens up to a spacious verandah to make the most of the view and the space in the front yard. This is another example of how customers can adapt our designs to suit their block,” Mr Keleher said.

Other optional extras on view in the Alexandra display include the higher ceiling, television cabinetry and shelving in the family area and the light-filled butler’s pantry complete with Caesarstone benchtop, undermount sink, cabinetry, shelving and a large window.

The optional extras displayed in the Hasting include the larger pivot entry door, upgraded carpet and floor tiling, feature walls in the entry and meals area, wider Caesarstone kitchen island bench, a cavity sliding door and a large alfresco.

“Walking around the displays, you will feel a sense of warmth generated by the stylish interior. The Interior Designers have chosen earthy colour tones complemented by touches of geometric patterns and metallic pieces for the Hastings display. Meanwhile, in the Alexandra display, they have introduced painted feature walls and timber look flooring to create an elegant family home,” Mr Keleher said.
