New display homes in Warralily

Home buyers in the Geelong region visiting the new Dennis Family Homes display centre at the Warralily estate at Armstrong Creek have the opportunity to view the Beaufort and Hastings designs.

The new displays showcase the 27 square version of the Beaufort and the 24 square version of the Hastings design. Both are four bedroom homes which provide fine examples of quality family living combining modern indoor and outdoor entertainment.

The Beaufort is suitable for construction on blocks from a minimum of 16 metres in width, whilst the Hastings can be accommodated on blocks from just 14 metres wide.

Showcasing the Resort facade, the Beaufort display has incorporated a wide range of optional features available to customers including a corner stacking door to the alfresco. This addition accentuates the indoor/outdoor connection which is a hallmark of the Beaufort design.

Other optional extras include timber windows to the front facade and timber-look laminate floor throughout the living areas of the home.

The Hastings display highlights the Boulevard facade and has been constructed closer to its standard presentation. Amongst the most notable optional features which have been included within the display version is the addition of an alfresco at the rear of the home, accessible from the family area through bi-parting doors.

Other prominent optional extras within the Hastings display include a special fit out to the walk-in-robe in the master bedroom, whilst externally the home features a Colorbond roof.

Whilst smaller than the Beaufort display, the Hastings still manages to comfortably accommodate four bedrooms and an additional versatile space which can be used as a study nook or play area within its standard floorplan.

Dennis Family Homes Geelong Area Manager, Phillip Shaw says that in addition to the company’s renowned high quality workmanship, customers can take confidence from dealing with a builder with extensive local experience.

“We have been established in Geelong for the past 12 years and our skilled team of employees and contracted tradespeople are all locally based, which ensures they possess a high level of understanding and knowledge of the area," he states.

Open for viewing from 1-5pm on weekdays and from 12-5pm on weekends, the displays are located in Saltbreeze Boulevard at the Warralily estate in Armstrong Creek.
