New Ballarat displays raise the standard

Dennis Family Homes sets a new benchmark with its new display centre at the Lucas estate in Alfredton.

Featured on display are two designs from its Inspirations Series – the Charlton and Alexandra.

“I believe that these are without doubt the finest display homes we have ever presented in this region,” says Dennis Family Homes Ballarat Area Manager, Peter Martin.

“The feedback we have received from visitors since opening recently has been extremely favourable. The welcome begins with front entry doors that are larger than standard and the outstanding quality continues throughout both homes,” he adds.

The larger of the two designs, the four-bedroom Charlton is displayed in its 33 square size version, while the Alexandra is shown in its three-bedroom variation of 24 squares.

Both homes highlight some of the optional extras available to buyers, with the Charlton display in particular filled with a long list of luxury features.

“It’s hard to go past the upgraded kitchen in our Charlton display. It really is a standout in a home that has more than its share of wow factor,” Mr Martin notes.

“People love the electronic operated overhead cupboards and other distinctive features such as the glass splashback and kitchen bench with upstand, along with the eye-catching cedar cladding on the kitchen ceiling which has also been carried through to the alfresco and master bedroom,” he adds.

Discreetly tucked away behind the kitchen in the Charlton floorplan is a huge Butler’s pantry, which includes a skylight as part of its special fit-out for the display version.

Other upgrades in the Charlton display include corner aluminum entertainer doors to the alfresco and porcelain wall tiles and feature tiles to the bathroom and ensuite.

“The Charlton’s floorplan makes it a home full of surprises, such as the hidden study accessed from the meals area which attracts many admirers,” Mr Martin says.

The Charlton is suitable for construction on blocks from a minimum width of 17 metres and the display at the Lucas estate is shown with the Savannah façade. The design is available in four size variations of 28, 30, 33 and 35 squares.

To provide visitors with a full perspective, Dennis Family Homes has chosen to construct its second display home at the Lucas estate, the Alexandra, closer to its standard specifications.

“This gives buyers an idea of what can be achieved without committing to extensive upgrades. We have still added a select list of optional features in the Alexandra display, including an extended alfresco, contemporary timber feature wall in the entry and a Colorbond roof,” Mr Martin states.

Other extras include additional ceiling height to 2580mm, Caesarstone benchtops in the bathroom and ensuite, upgraded Caesarstone kitchen benchtop with waterfall edges, mosaic tiled kitchen splashback and a special pantry fit-out.

“The Alexandra is a home at an entry level price point that appeals to many families, not just first-home buyers. Its flooplan includes spacious living areas and separate games room, all of which face the rear of the home,” Mr Martin comments.

The Alexandra can be accommodated on blocks from a minimum width of 14 metres and the design is also available in a larger 29 squares version with the addition of a fourth bedroom.

Open for viewing daily from 11am to 5pm, the Dennis Family Homes Display Centre is located at Lot 232-233 Eleanor Drive at the Lucas estate in Alfredton. The displays can be contacted directly by phone on (03) 5336 8850, (03) 5336 8852 or (03) 5336 8854.
