More choice for Ballarat buyers in new Dennis Family Homes displays

Visitors to the new Dennis Family Homes display centre at the Yorkdale estate in Delacombe can view two of the builder’s most popular designs – the award-winning Hartley and the elegant Beaufort.

The new displays showcase the 29 square version of the Hartley and the 27 square version of the Beaufort design. Providing fine examples of quality family living and modern indoor/outdoor entertainment, both are four bedroom homes which are able to be constructed on blocks from a minimum of 16 metres in width.

Dennis Family Homes Ballarat Area Manager, Peter Martin says the displays have been extremely well received since their recent opening.

“The Hartley and the Beaufort are great sized family homes which suit the larger block sizes at the Yorkdale estate, so it is no surprise that the reaction has been so positive,” he comments.

“One of the keys to the popularity of both homes is the flexibility of size options, with the Hartley being available in four sizes ranging from 27 to 34 squares and the Beaufort in three variations of 21, 24 and 27 squares. This level of versatility ensures buyers have no shortage of choice to accommodate their individual needs,” he explains.

Customers are also able to select from a range of contemporary facades available with the Hartley and Beaufort designs. Notably, the Hartley is the first Dennis Family Homes display to showcase the newly introduced Verve facade, whilst the Beaufort display highlights the Tempo facade.

A variety of luxurious optional features have been included within the construction and presentation of both display homes. For the Hartley, these include the addition of side and rear pergolas with timber decking, timber-look laminate floor inside the home, entertainer sliding doors to the meals area and a Colorbond roof.

Optional extras showcased in the Beaufort are highlighted by a triple garage and an aluminium bi-fold door leading to an extended alfresco area.
