Double the viewing choices in new Cranbourne displays

Dennis Family Homes has widened its display home presence in Melbourne’s south east with the recent opening of two new display centres in the Cranbourne area. The displays are located at The Hunt Club and the neighbouring Livingston Estate in Cranbourne East.

Featured at The Hunt Club are the Brookdale 242 and Waterford 232, whilst visitors to Livingston can view the Cosgrove 292 and Hastings 242 designs.

“We have selected four very popular, high quality designs for our two new displays centres which are conveniently located in close proximity to another. Both centres can be easily viewed in the same visit,” Dennis Family Homes Area Manager - Metro South, Garth Kennedy said.

“This is a prime location for new home buyers. Both estates have everything that families need right on their doorstep,” he added.

Each of the new display homes highlight many of the luxurious optional extras available to customers in addition to the quality features Dennis Family Homes includes as standard.

The Hunt Club Displays

Showcased within the well established community at The Hunt Club are the 24 square version of the Brookdale with an added alfresco and the 23 square variation of the Waterford. Both are four bedroom designs from the Dennis Family Homes Inspirations Series.
The Brookdale design is suitable for construction on blocks from a minimum width of 14 metres.

Other than the addition of a rear alfresco, the Brookdale display showcases a variety of the optional features available to Dennis Family Homes customers including Caesarstone benchtops in the kitchen, bathroom and ensuite, a widened island bench in the kitchen and a feature sliding door providing access to the alfresco from the family room. The meals area has also been extended for the display version of the home.

Externally, the Brookdale display has been constructed with the Resort facade and includes the addition of a Colorbond roof.

Accompanying the Brookdale at The Hunt Club is the Waterford, a design which can be constructed on blocks from just 12.5 metres in width. Amongst numerous optional extras within the Waterford display are timber-look flooring, Caesarstone benchtops in the kitchen, bathroom and ensuite, bi-fold doors to the meals area and family room with retractable flyscreens, a bi-fold kitchen servery window and external decking to the side of the home. The Waterford display at The Hunt Club features the Verve facade.

Open for viewing from 1-5pm on weekdays and from 12-5pm on weekends, the displays are located in Bradford Drive at The Hunt Club in Cranbourne East. The Display Centre can be contacted directly by calling Sales Consultant, Adrian Keleher on 0448 654 032.

Livingston Displays

Another two well presented homes from the Dennis Family Homes Inspirations Series are available for inspection at the Livingston Estate - the Cosgrove and Hastings designs. Both are four bedroom homes, but each tends to attract different sectors of the market.

The Cosgrove design is a long established favourite which is ideally suited to larger families looking to move up in size, whereas the Hastings holds considerable appeal with first home buyers, empty nesters and investors.

The Cosgrove display at Livingston is the 29 square version of the design and showcases the Boulevard facade. Suitable for construction on blocks from a minimum width of 16 metres, the Cosgrove is renowned for its roominess and a floor plan which has a concentrated focus of living and entertainment areas at the rear of the home.

As well as an ensuite to the master bedroom, one of the other bedrooms also has direct access to a two-way bathroom, making it perfect for older teenage children or as a guest room. All four bedrooms in the Cosgrove have walk-in-robes as a standard feature.

Many optional extras are highlighted in the Cosgrove display at Livingston, including a Colorbond roof, stone benchtop and mirrored splashback in the kitchen, a special fit-out to the kitchen pantry, the inclusion of a skylight in both the kitchen and bathroom, along with timber bi-fold doors leading to an expanded rear alfresco. The display home also features additional floor tiles beyond the standard wet areas.

The Hastings display is the 24 square version of the design and has been constructed with the Savannah facade. Suitable for blocks of a minimum width of 14 metres, one of the most popular features of the standard Hastings floor plan is the light and bright open study/play area near the kids’ bedrooms which feels like its own wing of the house. This area has been set up as a study in the display at Livingston, but is equally suitable as a convenient play space for young children.

Optional extras featured in the Hastings display include three prominent skylights in the kitchen and meals area, timber-look laminate flooring and a feature sliding door leading from the family room to an external paved area at the rear of the home. Plantation shutters have also been installed in the study/play area for additional privacy.

Open from 1-5pm on weekdays and 12-5pm on weekends, the Dennis Family Homes Display Centre is located in Eliburn Drive at the Livingston Estate in Cranbourne East and can be contacted by phone on (03) 9572 8211 or mobile 0448 320 121.
