Construction begins at Pioneer Valley

Sep 03, 2012

An exciting new beginning is under way at the Pioneer Valley residential estate at Kuraby being project managed by Dennis Project Management on behalf of the Hatia Property Corporation.

Having been partially developed following an initial release by the Hatia Property Corporation in 2008, Dennis Project Management is contributing its expertise to the latest phase of Pioneer Valley’s development.

Dennis Project Management director, Grant Dennis, announced that construction on a new 231-lot boutique infill development at Pioneer Valley has commenced.

“Civil construction works began in August and are expected to be completed by early 2013,” Mr Dennis revealed.

“This current project has been designed to complement and build on the success of Pioneer Valley’s previous development,” he added.

Pioneer Valley offers a cosmopolitan lifestyle within the Brisbane city boundaries, being just 17 kilometres south of the CBD.

The initial stage presently under construction consists of 37 blocks ranging in size from 480 – 671sqm at prices starting from $297,000.

Planning within the first stage of the development includes provision for two parks, one of which will feature a children’s playground. Pioneer Valley has also gained approval to be an NBN-serviced estate.

Mr Dennis said that the estate had been specifically designed to harmonise with the natural beauty of the surrounding environment.

“Parklands and waterways will feature prominently throughout Pioneer Valley, with more than 50% of the estate, amounting to in excess of 50 acres, having been allocated as open space,” he explained.

Through inspired design, the various precincts within the estate will have subtle differences in style and ambience to ensure a diverse and aesthetically appealing neighbourhood.

Adding to Pioneer Valley’s many attractions, Kuraby railway station and the Underwood commercial precinct are close by.  Kuraby Primary School is on the estate’s doorstep, in addition to other well established schools in the local area.

“Everything is close at hand, including schools, major shopping centres, public transport and easy access to the Gateway and Pacific Motorways,” Mr Dennis commented.

True to the spirit of adventure and enterprise of the early settlers that is carried in its name, Pioneer Valley rewards those who aspire to an exciting new lifestyle in a prime location.

“Pioneer Valley is creating a tradition of its own as families look to build their futures here,” Mr Dennis said.

“The estate is surrounded by booming areas such as Sunnybank, Robertson and Macgregor. With so much to offer, it is not surprising that interest in Pioneer Valley has been extremely strong.”
