Big is beautiful at Dennis Family Homes

Further products have been added to the current range from Dennis Family Homes, including two brand new designs – the Hawkesdale and Churchill. Also included was the Marsden, an existing design which has been updated and refreshed following customer feedback.

“All three are large sized family homes with four bedrooms and expansive living and entertainment areas,” said Dennis Family Homes General Manager, Richard Uden.

“They are big and beautiful, but have been purposefully designed to provide certain advantages over similar products in the marketplace,” he explained.

Each home is built with an abundance of features but has been individually devised with astute floorplan solutions to suit the growing trend for narrower block sizes.

Introduced initially in one size (37 squares), the single-storey Hawkesdale has been specifically created with the inner suburban Knock Down Rebuild market in mind. Based on the leading builder’s very popular Hartley design, the Hawkesdale offers the advantage of being one metre narrower and is therefore able to be constructed on blocks from a minimum of 15 metres in width.

The double-storey Churchill is available in two size variations of 35 and 38 squares. As is the case with the Balmoral design introduced by Dennis Family Homes earlier this year, the Churchill has been designed to fit on blocks from 14 metres wide. Both of these homes are also highly suited to the inner suburban Knock Down Rebuild market.

A major distinction between the Churchill and Balmoral designs is that the master bedroom has been located downstairs for the Churchill. The larger version of the Churchill (38 squares) also has the added attraction of all four bedrooms having their own ensuite as a standard feature, making the home ideal for accommodating teenage children or extended family members.

In relaunching the updated Marsden, enhancements have been made to the floorplan of the double-storey design. Notable changes include a new arrangement in the upstairs master bedroom with walk-in-robe and ensuite, along with a larger downstairs living area. The Marsden is able to be constructed on blocks from just 12.5 metres wide and is available in two size options of 30 and 34 squares.

For each of the newly introduced designs, buyers can choose from a variety of available facade options.
