About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to drive your new homes sales career forward. This role requires an exceptional customer service focused person to assist our valued customers on their new home journey.

This Sales Associate role is part time, Thursday evenings and weekend availability is essential. The position is based in our Notting Hill head office, where we have recently opened a new showroom. The role jointly reports to the Group Sales Manager- Metro and Showroom Manager, and will day-to-day be working closely with Sales and Colour Consultants.

Some of your day-to-day tasks will be to:

•    Build rapport with potential and existing customers- both on the phone as well as in person;
•    Provide records and reports to assist Sales Consultants;
•    Assist with general Showroom administration tasks;
•    Contribute to and manage the presentation of the Showroom;
•    Assist with managing and maintaining the leads data base and land lists; and
•    Organise and maintain collateral for House and Land packages.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and attitudes:

•    Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills;
•    Strong computer skills;
•    Experience in selling and a good understanding of the sales process;
•    Enthusiastic team player with a keen interest to contribute positively to the team;
•    Ambition to excel in a sales role; and
•    A genuine interest and/or experience in housing;
