Designed to become a community within a community, Donnybrae is a boutique 40-hectare residential development located in Donnybrook within Melbourne’s northern growth corridor.

Launched in May 2017, Donnybrae will eventually comprise approximately 500 lots when completed.

Civil construction is underway on the estate’s entry and stages 1 – 3 and on target for completion toward the end of 2019.
The site is 47 kilometres north of Melbourne’s CBD, within easy reach of a wide range of established local amenities including Pacific Epping shopping centre, The Northern Hospital and a number of primary and secondary schools.  Donnybrae’s future residents will also benefit from the estate being located right next door to Donnybrook Railway Station and easy access by road to the Hume Freeway.

The Donnybrae project is being undertaken by the Dennis Family in a development relationship with the owners of the land.
