Dennis Family Homes in Bendigo currently have an opportunity for an energetic and customer-service focused full time Contract Administrator to join our team.

About the role

This role will be based in our busy Bendigo office reporting to the Area Manager.  The Contract Administrator will oversee the administration process from deposit to site-start. The successful applicant will be responsible for services to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, Sales Consultants, suppliers and Production team members.
 
On a day-to-day basis the successful applicant will be proactive in managing their own timeframes, workflow, quality of delivery and the escalation and follow up of tasks.
 
About you
 
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
•    At least three years’ administration experience preferably in a building or related industry;
•    Strong computer skills;
•    Accurate and timely data entry skills;
•    Extensive experience in customer service and excellent communication skills;
•    The ability to work with limited supervision and show initiative;
•    Highly developed organisational skills; and
•    Problem solving ability.
