About the role

The Dennis Family Homes team have a new full time vacancy for a Building Administrator.

Reporting to the Contract and Building Administration Team Leader, the Building Administrator will be imperative to the on-site phase of building the customer homes. The day-to-day responsibilities of the role will include:
•    Administration assistance to the Construction Managers and Supervisors
•    Coordination of activities in relation to the building phase
•    Act as a subject matter expert for key processes of building phase and document, maintain and review processes as required
•    Customer liaison
•    Maintain quality assurance checklists and associated documentation
•    Assist in any ad hoc general administration activities

About the successful candidate

The successful Building Administrator will demonstrate and possess:
•    Experience in customer service
•    Experience in coordinating a team of building supervisors or similar
•    Experience in building industry or related industry
•    Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
•    Knowledge of building process.
