The retirement village activities are undertaken in a joint venture between Dennis Family Retirement Villages Pty Ltd and RVG Victoria Retirement Villages Pty Ltd.

These villages offers residents aged 55+ a range of independent living options.

To date, two retirement villages have been opened in Melbourne - Hunters Green at The Hunt Club in Cranbourne East in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, and the Rose Grange Retirement Village at Rose Grange in Tarneit, in Melbourne's west.
