End of First Home Bonus makes now the time to buyWith the Victorian First Home Bonus set to expire on 30 June, Dennis Family Homes has the ideal special offer for buyers to maximise the potential savings while still possible. As part of its recent 2012 Victorian Budget, the State Government announced that the popular First Home Bonus of $13,000 would not be continued beyond the 30 June deadline, along with the additional $6,500 Regional Bonus for eligible non-metropolitan buyers. “Although the Federal Government’s $7,000 First Home Owner Grant remains available, the upcoming removal of the State subsidies means that now is the opportune time for buyers to act and make their entry into the market,” Dennis Family Homes General Manager, Richard Uden explains. “To be eligible for the State payments through the First Home Bonus, buyers must ensure that the contract of sale on their new home has been signed prior to the 30 June deadline,” he adds. Coinciding with the remaining period of the First Home Bonus, Dennis Family Homes has temporarily discounted pricing on the three-bedroom Cambridge design from its Aspirations Series, with the additional attraction of free carpets and tiles. Eligible first home buyers can build the Cambridge from just $111,900 in metropolitan Melbourne during the sale period. Starting prices vary in different regional areas. “The inclusion of free carpets and tiles in the sale pricing is an extra windfall for customers,” Mr Uden says. At a total size of 15.44 squares, the Cambridge floor plan includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the master bedroom featuring an ensuite and spacious walk-in-robe. At the rear of the home is an open family living area, incorporating the kitchen and meals space. Externally, the design is available in a choice of three facade options – Estate, Grand or Province. “The Cambridge has everything first home buyers are looking for and, importantly, is big on affordability,” Mr Uden states. “Our aim is to provide the simplest and most cost effective means for buyers to purchase their first home.” However, it is not solely first home buyers who can take advantage of current special offers from Dennis Family Homes. Mr Uden emphasises that all customers selecting designs within the Dennis Family Homes 2012 Series can also capitalise on substantial savings. “Until June 30, we are providing 50% off the cost of all luxury upgrades up to a value of $20,000 on all our 2012 Series homes,” he reveals. “This bonus offer makes it easier for buyers to treat themselves to some high quality additional touches to complete their home.” Set for ongoing expansion, the Dennis Family Homes 2012 Series currently comprises nine different homes, encompassing all variations of the Hartley, Brookdale, Balmoral, Hastings, Macedon, Waterford, Elmhurst, Beaufort and Casterton designs. More information on all current special offers can be obtained from all Dennis Family Homes display centres, online at www.dennisfamily.com.au or by phoning 1800 DENNIS. Website visitors can also view over 500 fixed price house and land packages currently available from Dennis Family Homes across many areas, including various designs from the 2012 Series.

Dennis Family Homes 2012 Series expandsThe launch of the Dennis Family Homes 2012 Series continues to gather momentum, with three more products having been added to the range. All variations of the Elmhurst and Beaufort designs have been relocated from the leading builder’s Generations Series to form part of the 2012 Series, whilst the Casterton is a brand new design introduced within this year’s range. Each of the trio is available in three different sizes and multiple facade options. “We now have nine different home designs within the 2012 Series, with the Elmhurst, Beaufort and Casterton having joined the six founding products included in the initial launch in January,” said Dennis Family Homes General Manager, Richard Uden. The newly introduced Casterton has been expertly designed to achieve clever use of space within its flexible floorplan. Suitable for construction on blocks from just 12.5 metres in width, the Casterton design is available in variations of 19, 21 and 23 squares. Both the 21 and 23 square versions feature four bedrooms, with the latter also including a games room. The Elmhurst is another astute design, which is available with three bedrooms (23 squares) and four bedrooms (26 and 28 squares) and can be constructed on blocks from 14 metres in width. Buyers considering the elegant Beaufort also have the choice between a three bedroom (21 squares) and four bedroom (24 or 27 squares) home, with the design suitable for blocks from 16 metres in width. Each of the featured designs are constructed with a full range of 2012 Series inclusions. Buyers are also able to tailor their home to their individual tastes by selecting from a wide variety of available optional extras. Mr Uden said that Dennis Family Homes will be continuing to expand the 2012 Series on a regular basis throughout the year. “The ongoing expansion will combine the enhancement of existing designs within both our Generations Series and Aspirations Series, in addition to introducing further brand new designs,” he explained. More information on the 2012 Series can be obtained from all Dennis Family Homes display centres, online at www.dennisfamily.com.au or by phoning 1800 DENNIS. |

Dennis Family Homes opens door to final 99 homes from $99,000Dennis Family Homes has reintroduced its breakthrough offer of 99 homes from an amazing starting price of $99,000 for one month only. Substantial discounts are being offered on the first 99 homes sold from the award-winning builder’s Aspirations Series throughout Victoria in April. “The 99 homes from $99,000 concept proved hugely popular with buyers when first launched last Spring,” says Dennis Family Homes General Manager, Richard Uden. “Based on that great success, we considered the timing right for its return within a limited window of opportunity during April.” According to Mr Uden, potential new home owners should not delay, as the sale ends on 30 April and such an incredibly low starting price is unlikely to be repeated. “When sales in our Aspirations Series reach the 99 limit, the door will close on the offer for the final time,” he states. “With the first sales having already been taken, the countdown clock from 99 to zero began ticking on 1 April.” The $99,000 starting price applies to selected designs in many Victorian areas when the discount is applied in conjunction with the current Federal First Home Owner Grant and State First Home Bonus. The sale is not restricted to first home buyers, although they gain the maximum savings through eligibility for the relevant grants applicable in their areas. “Given the present uncertainty about the First Home Bonus continuing in Victoria beyond June 30, the incentive for eligible applicants to capitalise on the funding while it is still available is even greater,” Mr Uden notes. The Aspirations Series offers considerable variety for buyers, with 10 different high quality designs to choose from. Designs vary from three to four bedrooms ranging from 15 to 28 squares in size. Amongst the selections are single and double storey and ranch style homes, ensuring all buyers will find their new dream home at a heavily discounted price. “Our price points have been designed to make the Dennis Family Homes offer the best value available anywhere in the market,” Mr Uden explains. “The previous 99 homes from $99,000 campaign generated huge interest last year and the current repeat offer is expected to again appeal to prospective new home buyers seeking to combine quality with unbeatable value.” More information is available from all Dennis Family Homes Display Centres, online at www.dennisfamily.com.au or by phoning 1800 DENNIS. |

Dennis Family Homes launches 2012 SeriesLeading builder Dennis Family Homes has broadened its product range with the release of its exciting new 2012 Series. “The launch of our 2012 Series has created additional choice for new home buyers,” said Dennis Family Homes General Manager, Richard Uden. “We have specifically tailored the products in response to consumer feedback to reflect current market expectations and trends.” The 2012 Series is offered separately to the two existing Dennis Family Homes product ranges – the Generations Series and Aspirations Series. Accompanying the launch, special introductory pricing on all 2012 Series homes will be available for a limited time. The initial 2012 Series release comprises 19 new floorplans, encompassing all size variations of the Balmoral, Brookdale, Hartley, Hastings, Macedon and Waterford designs. The Balmoral 402 is a double storey design with four upstairs bedrooms and multiple living areas throughout. At 40 squares, it is the ultimate entertainer and offers a grand, resort lifestyle, yet is sleek enough to be constructed on blocks from a minimum of just 14 metres. Another major asset of the Balmoral floorplan is that it has the ready-made option to add a fifth bedroom/guest suite with ensuite and walk-in-robe downstairs. The single storey Macedon is suitable for blocks from a minimum of 16 metres and is available in four size variations of 26, 29, 32 and 34 squares. All size variations of the Macedon design offer four bedrooms, with ensuite to master, and feature a side living floorplan which includes a games room connecting from an open family living and meals zone. Facade options have been expanded for the 2012 Series, with as many as eight choices available for the Macedon and Hartley designs. Amongst these is the newly introduced Verve facade, which offers another contemporary styling option for buyers. According to Mr Uden, the 2012 Series has been expertly designed with the desires of today’s new home buyers at the forefront of consideration in its planning. “Amongst many incorporated features within 2012 Series homes are increased storage options and larger pantries. All ensuites now feature double vanities and larger showers for both improved practicality and enhanced luxury. Mr Uden said buyers can look forward to ongoing enhancements to the Dennis Family Homes product range. “It is our intention to continue to modify our existing Generations Series and Aspirations Series designs, along with introducing further brand new designs on a quarterly basis,” he added. Dennis Family Homes counting down the clock with 99 homes from $99,000Special discounts introduced by Dennis Family Homes across its Aspiration Series have made 99 a number of great significance in its current sale which commenced on 8 October. For a limited time, the award-winning builder is offering 99 homes from an incredible starting price of just $99,000 in its “No Need to Shop Around” sale. “The substantial discounts we are presently making available on all homes in our Aspirations Series will be offered until we reach a limit of 99 sales,” says Dennis Family Homes General Manager, Richard Uden. “This sale represents amazing value for buyers and has turned back the clock, with prices below $100,000 able to be achieved,” he adds. The $99,000 starting price is applicable to the Cambridge 151 design in all Victorian areas when the discount is applied in conjunction with the current Federal First Home Owner Grant and State First Home Bonus. “The sale is not restricted to first home buyers, although they gain the maximum savings through eligibility for the relevant grants applicable in their areas,” Mr Uden notes. “But it is important to emphasise that the specially discounted prices available to all buyers are being offered for a limited time on a limited number of homes and the countdown from 99 to zero is already under way, with the first sales having begun immediately.” The Aspirations Series offers considerable variety for buyers, with 11 different high quality designs to choose from. Would-be buyers who have been unable to get a foot in the door, can now step right inside their own new home.” As Mr Uden explains, the price points have been designed to eliminate any need for buyers to shop around for comparisons. “Buyers will instantly recognise that the current Dennis Family Homes offer is the best available anywhere in the market.” More information is available from all Dennis Family Homes Display Centres, online at www.dennisfamily.com.au or by phoning 1800 DENNIS. Deloraine and Windsor treat families like royaltyDennis Family Homes has continued to add to its expanding product range with the release of the Deloraine 301 and Windsor 281. Both new homes have been designed with the quality and excellence associated with the award-winning family builder. “The Deloraine is tailored to suit our Generations Series, whilst the Windsor promises to be a very popular new addition to our Aspirations Series,” Dennis Family Homes General Manager, Richard Uden says. “Both homes have included features which capture the essence of modern family living, with enough entertaining and accommodation space to suit all lifestyles,” he adds. Although the floorplans of both homes closely resemble each other, they are differently appointed and sized, with the Deloraine being larger at 29.88 squares than the Windsor’s 27.73 squares of total area. Buyers who choose either design will enjoy a stylish new home featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms and double garage. The floorplans include two large living areas, one at the front of the home for privacy and relaxation, with a separate family space forming part of an open kitchen and meals area with adjoining study and games room. Just a few sleepy steps away from the front living room is the sanctuary of the master bedroom, which features an ensuite and walk-in-robe. “Everything has been carefully considered, including ensuring the value for money offered by these homes typifies our commitment to low and honest prices,” Mr Uden continues. The Deloraine is priced from $201,900 and the Windsor starts at just $176,400, which is certain to attract the attention of buyers on the lookout for a luxurious home within a realistic budget. “The starting prices represent genuine value for family homes of such size and quality,” Mr Uden states. “The affordability of the Windsor, in particular, gives buyers more spending power,” he adds. The Deloraine is available in a choice of six contemporary facades, whilst there are four facade selections for the Windsor. Both homes are suitable for construction on blocks of a minimum width of 16 metres. With the release of the Deloraine and the Windsor, Dennis Family Homes has now introduced 17 new designs across its entire product range in 2011 alone, adding further choice for all buyers. The Windsor 281 will be opening at the Dennis Family Homes display centre in Shepparton in late 2011 and the Deloraine 301 is scheduled for display at Epping in early 2012.
