Land estates:

All three of the Dennis Family Corporation's project managed residential developments in Melbourne (The Hunt Club, Rose Grange and Manor Lakes) are HIA GreenSmart Accredited.

Nationally accredited GreenSmart partners are committed to the GreenSmart code of practice, designing land estates that are socially, economically and environmentally sustainable.

Housing:

The Dennis Family Corporation is a HIA GreenSmart Regional Partner in Victoria and works to provide environmental leadership within the industry.

All standard homes in the Generations Series from Dennis Family Homes are built to a higher than industry standard 6 star energy rating meaning they are gentler on the environment and cheaper to heat and cool.
