First Home Buyer Grants

Victorian first home buyers looking to purchase their new home have thousands of more reasons with up to $18,000 available for first home buyers who build in Metro Melbourne and sign a contract between 1 January and 30 June 2010.

For homebuyers to build in regional Victoria the grants are even more generous with $22,500 available for contracts signed over the same period.

Bert Dennis, Dennis Family Corporation Founding Chairman, welcomes the grants and encourages first home buyers not to delay in selecting a home design or block of land as these incentives will only last for three months.

"I encourage buyers to act quickly to avoid disappointment and ensure they benefit from the full grant amount."
