Commercial

Commercial Communities depend on access to essential services and facilities. Each Dennis Family Corporation community is planned to incorporate the current and future needs of our residents.

Shopping Centres
Dennis Family Corporation has two shopping centres serving residential developments in Melbourne's west - Manor Lakes Central at Manor Lakes in Wyndham Vale and Burnside Shopping Centre at Burnside.

The 7,900sqm Manor Lakes Central features a Coles and Liquorland and 19 specialty stores including a bakery, newsagent, various take-way food outlets, a hair salon and medical centre and pharmacy. The centre is conveniently located near an ABC childcare centre and a public bus stops directly in front of the centre taking residents to Werribee train station.

The 6,700sqm Burnside Shopping Centre, which opened in April 2003, features ALDI and Coles supermarkets and 16 specialty shops, providing residents with excellent choice and value for money close to home.

Commercial shopping centres are also planned for the multi-award winning Hunt Club in Cranbourne in Melbourne's south-east and the well established Rose Grange, in Tarneit, in Melbourne's west.

To register your interest in one of these fantastic retail opportunities please contact Jill Aubrey, Dennis Family Corporation, ph: 03 9573 1000 or email: jaubrey@denniscorp.com.au

Retirement
In a joint venture between the Dennis Family Corporation and Aveo we are pleased to offer residents leading retirement facilities at The Hunt Club and Rose Grange.

These retirement villages cater to a growing market of senior Australians who want independent but supported living within an established community, with easy access to community facilities.

Childcare Centres
As a family business, the Dennis Family Corporation understands the types of services families need to make life run more smoothly. We are working with leading childcare centre operators to design and build some of the most advanced childcare centres in Australia.

An early learning centre with places for 125 children was opened at Manor Lakes in December 2004. A centre opened at Rose Grange in June 2005 and at The Hunt Club in June 2008.

Plans are in place for second centres at both Rose Grange and Manor Lakes as well as a facility at Archers Field.
