Manor Lakes Activity Centre
The Manor Lakes Activity Centre features a shopping centre that will eventually grow to become a 60,000m2 retail and commercial space. Manor Lakes Central currently includes a Coles supermarket, discount stores and specialty shops, medical facilities, emergency services centre, office space and various restaurants including a McDonald's.
Burnside Shopping Centre
Burnside Shopping Centre was the company's first retail development. The centre features an Aldi and Coles supermarkets as well as specialty shops, a pharmacy and medical centre. Plans for the second phase of this development are now underway.
Commercial shopping centres are also planned for the multi-award winning Hunt Club in Cranbourne in Melbourne's south-east and the well established Rose Grange, in Tarneit, in Melbourne's west.

Retirement
Our retirement village activities are undertaken in a joint venture with Retirement Villages Group. To date two retirement villages have been opened in Melbourne - Hunters Green at The Hunt Club in Cranbourne in the south-eastern suburbs, and, the Rose Grange Retirement Village at Rose Grange in Tarneit, in the city's west.
These retirement villages cater to a growing market of senior Australians who want independent but supported living within an established community, with easy access to community facilities and are managed by Aveo Live Well - Australia's largest retirement living provider.
Childcare Centres
As a family business, the Dennis Family Corporation understands the types of services families need to make life run more smoothly. We are working with leading childcare centre operators to design and build some of the most advanced childcare centres in Australia.
An early learning centre with places for 125 children was opened at Manor Lakes in December 2004. A centre opened at Rose Grange in June 2005 and at The Hunt Club in June 2008.
Plans are in place for a second centre at Rose Grange as well as a facility at Archers Field.
