The Dennis Family Corporation is project manager for several masterplanned residential estates. In Victoria the company manages, Manor Lakes in Wyndham Vale, Rose Grange in Tarneit, The Hunt Club in Cranbourne, and, Archers Field near Shepparton. In Queensland the company project manages Northquarter and Northquarter Place just north of Brisbane, Huntington Rise near Helensvale, and Kuraby, approximately 20 km south of the Brisbane CBD.
